TAILGATING
PRE-PARTY PARTY II

More than 40 classmates gathered in the senior section(apropos) of ALJ's cafeteria for fellowship, food and drink prior to attending the Crusaders' home football game with the Cougars of Cranford High School. Guests included Principal Richard Delmonaco, Assistant Principal David Oliveria and former Athletic Director, Lou Peragallo. A very informative tour of the school was led by members of The Key Club prior to moving, en masse, to the football stadium for the night's feature event. After a lackluster first half, Johnson rallied to gain a 28-21 victory over the Cougars in overtime. Well done, Crusaders!

ALJ's stadium complex has just undergone major renovations bringing it up to the competition standards of NJSIAA member schools. Renovations, all at the expense and direction of the Township of Clark, included artificial coverings for both the field and the track as well as extensive night lighting to maximize utilization of ALJ's outdoor facilities.
